Course delivery

The Audencia Executive MBA Chief Value Officer is a part-time, 100% English-speaking programme, which takes place in Paris and online for 18 months.

The pedagogies are participative and experiential, that is to say, geared towards  practice learning and developing skills.

There are many and varied learning methods: e-learning, case study, role play, simulation, community project, etc.

The courses are structured according to the philosophy of the flipped classroom:

  • Prior reading and understanding of concepts, from the virtual campus.

Indeed, the conduct of the strategic project must allow each participant to:

  • Provide a source of multi-capital value creation for your business
  • Consolidate a business creation or takeover project, according to the multi-capital value creation process
  • Support a start-up in its development, while allowing it to strategically measure its overall integrated multi-capital performance

At the heart of the program, you lead a project, on behalf of your company, a start-up or individually (creation or takeover of a company)

This project has three objectives:

  • Make the link between the content of the program and the challenges of business organizations. You can thus transpose in your environment the concepts developed in the courses.
  • Get involved with your company in a common project. This approach makes it possible to assess your ability to engage in new fields of competence and in a context different from your traditional professional activity.
  • Give to your investment in this program a tangible impact for you and your business.


All projects revolve around several key stages. The educational progression brings, at each phase of the project, the skills necessary for its realization. The courses are thought of as resources that accompany you to progress in the realization of your project.

  • Continuous monitoring (case study, sub-group work, individual and collective reports ...)
  • Online exams for some modules
  • Writing of an applied dissertation and oral defense as part of the individual strategic project

The diploma will be awarded after validation of each modules.

1st step: The application

  • two letters of recommendation
  • an English proficiency test if you are not a native speaker or have not done your higher education in English (TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS or Duolingo)


2nd step: Interview

If you are eligible, you will receive a request to schedule an admissions interview.


3rd step: Final decision

You will be notified of the admissions decision within two weeks of the interview.
