Sustainable development is at the heart of tomorrow's world. Accounting is undergoing a revolution, incorporating new ways of counting and thinking. Faced with these new challenges, finance departments must reinvent themselves. Multi-capital accounting entered into business organizations about ten years ago, after the E P&L of the French company Kering. Today, more than 300 companies measure their performance with multi-capital models. Develop your knowledge of this model, which has become strategic, thanks to the expertise of Audencia professors and a real case study of an international company.
This program can be taken individually or can be tailored for a group of employees of the same company.
Pedagogical contribution based on a unique case study created especially for this course from a South American company that has been using multi-capital accounting for over three years. The course takes place in an experiential mode during the 5 days, based on this unique case study.

On the third day, we will analyze what actions and decisions can be taken based on the results of the model. What are the blind spots? What are the parties involved? What are the consequences for action?
On the fourth day, we will build a strategic plan based on the results of the multi-capital accounting.
Finally, on the fifth day, we will discuss the future challenges of multi-capital accounting and its integration into financial accounting. Finally, the case company will give you some challenges to solve about the future of their model.
